Window: Faulty or incorrectly supplied pieces may be reported within 14 days of delivery. Wholesale orders are not returnable on change of mind.
Handmade variation: Slight differences in stitch, colour and measurement between pieces in one order are inherent to handwork and are not treated as faults.
